Start Our Collaboration
1. The payment for jewelry transactions is made on Paypal(www.paypal.com). If you need to make a transaction, I will create a payment link for you to make the payment.
2. For our existing jewelry, if you need, we can adjust the material or size for you. After modification, we will provide you with a new quotation. You can also purchase it directly without modification.
3. If you need to develop new jewelry styles, you provide reference images and requirements, we will create CAD drawings for you, then provide you with a quotation, and after your confirmation and payment, we will produce the jewelry for you.
4. Please provide relevant delivery information before payment: contact name, phone number, country, province, city, postal code, and delivery address. We will quote the transportation cost and arrange for shipment.
5.For jewelry priced over $1,500, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% balance will be paid upon completion of production. The goods will be shipped after the balance is paid.
6.For product issues not caused by human factors, you can send it back to us for free repair. You will bear the shipping cost for returning it, and we will bear the shipping cost for sending it back after repair.
